Terms of Service

By accessing or using Bitnexus Finance ("the Service", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To open an account with Bitnexus Finance, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep that information up to date.

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe have been created with false or misleading information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, transaction PIN, and any other authentication factors associated with your account.

You agree to notify us immediately at support@bitnexusfinance.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your credentials before we receive such notice.

For security reasons, three consecutive incorrect PIN attempts will automatically suspend your account pending manual review.

Bitnexus Finance offers digital banking services including, but not limited to, savings accounts, domestic and international transfers, corporate accounts, and personal loans.

All transactions are subject to verification, compliance checks, and our internal risk policies. We reserve the right to delay, decline, or reverse any transaction that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, unlawful, or in breach of these terms.

Applicable fees for each service are disclosed in the Service interface before you confirm a transaction. By proceeding with a transaction, you authorize us to debit the applicable fees from your account balance.

We may update our fee schedule from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime;
• Impersonate any person, or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, or any systems or networks connected to the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe that you have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law or a regulator.

If your account is suspended, we will communicate the reason and provide a path to resolution where appropriate, including identity verification through our secure portal.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bitnexus Finance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to us during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
